Delivery & Installation
Delivered & installed — free, by our own crews.
On most orders in our service area, delivery and installation are included in the price you see — not tacked on at the end. Here’s exactly how it works, what we need from your site, and how long it takes, so there are no surprises on install day.
The process · order to install day
How delivery & installation works
Five steps from “yes” to a finished building on your site — each one confirmed with you, so you always know what’s next.
Design & deposit
Lock your build and price in the 3D builder or with our team. A 20% deposit holds your steel price and reserves your install slot.
We build your steel
Your building is custom-made U.S.A. steel, engineered to your county’s wind and snow load. We keep you posted on the lead time.
Schedule & deliver
We call to set a delivery window that works for you, then bring the materials and crew straight to your prepared site.
Install day
Our crew sets, squares, and anchors the building on your pad — most standard buildings in 1 to 3 days, depending on size.
Walkthrough
We walk the finished building with you to confirm it’s square, solid, and exactly what you ordered before we leave.
What’s included
Free delivery & installation, on us
For most locations in our service area, getting the building to you and standing it up is part of the price — not an add-on. Additional fees can apply for remote areas or special requests, and we name those up front.
Delivery to your site
We haul the materials and the crew to your prepared site — no renting equipment or arranging freight on your end.
Professional installation
Our own crews set, square, and anchor the building — it’s not dropped off in pieces for you to figure out.
Anchored for the long haul
The right anchors for your surface come standard, and 12-gauge orders are backed by a 20-year warranty.
Before we arrive
Getting your site ready
Install day goes fast when the site is ready. The short version: give the crew a level, cleared pad and a clear path to reach it. When you order, we walk you through exactly what “install-ready” means for your building and your ground.
- Level ground. A concrete slab, compacted gravel, or level dirt all work — the surface just sets which anchors we use.
- Clear the footprint. Remove vehicles, debris, and low branches from the build area plus a little working room around it.
- Crew & truck access. Make sure our truck and trailer can pull in and reach the pad without a tight squeeze.
- Know your lines. Be aware of property lines, setbacks, and any local permit rules for your area before install day.
Not sure your site is ready? You don’t have to figure it out alone — tell us your surface and site and we’ll tell you straight what to do, and whether a concrete pad is worth it. Concrete isn’t required for most buildings; we anchor to dirt, gravel, or asphalt too — it just changes the anchor type, not whether we can install.

Anchoring
Anchored to whatever your site is
Every building is anchored with the right hardware for the surface it sits on. Not sure which you need? Our team helps you determine the best fit before install day.
Concrete anchors
For buildings going on a poured slab foundation — the most permanent setup.
Mobile-home anchors
Auger-style anchors that bite into dirt or gravel — no slab required.
Asphalt anchors
Purpose-built anchors for driveways and other paved surfaces.
