Shipping Policy
How and when your building gets to you. Delivery and installation are included on most orders in our service area — here are the timelines, what we need from your site, and what to expect.
1 Delivery timelines
Delivery time depends on where your building is going:
- East Coast states — buildings typically arrive within about 3 business days from order confirmation.
- Midwest & other regions — expect delivery in roughly 4 to 6 weeks on average.
Weather and permitting can affect these windows; we’ll keep you posted if anything changes.
2 Installation
Once your building is delivered, most structures are installed within 1 to 3 days, depending on the size and complexity of the build.
3 How your order ships
After you order, we follow a simple, structured process:
- Order confirmation — you receive an email confirming the details of your order.
- Site verification — our team checks that your site is prepared and ready for installation.
- Dispatch & updates — we coordinate delivery and keep you updated along the way.
4 Site requirements
Your installation site must be level and accessible for our crew to begin work. If the site isn’t ready, or weather or permits get in the way, delivery and installation may be delayed. See our Delivery & Installation page for how to prepare your site.
