Returns & Refunds

Because every building is made to order, our returns policy is straightforward. Here’s when a deposit is refundable, how refunds are processed, and how we handle delivery issues.

1 Deposits & refund window

Because every building is made to order, deposits are fully refundable within 3 days only if your local authorities deny the permits required to construct your building. After this 3-day window, deposits become non-refundable.

2 Custom orders

All of our buildings are custom-fabricated for you, so returns and exchanges are not accepted once the 3-day window has passed. Cancellations are accepted only within that initial period when zoning or permit restrictions prevent installation.

3 Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. No restocking fees apply to eligible refunds.

4 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, due to the custom-built nature of each structure.

5 Delivery or installation issues

If you experience a problem with your delivery or installation, please contact customer service and we’ll arrange a prompt resolution or schedule a correction.
